Make An Official Emoticon

Welcome to the second Emoti-Contest, started on 9/19/10.
The goal of an Emoti-Contest is to create the best Emoticon (Using Photoshop, Paint, or a similar program) and submitting in this thread.
The first place winner's emoticon will be added to the site. 2 Others will be put in second and third place.
To submit an emoticon, just reply with an emoticon (JPEG, GIF, or PNG Only) on this thread.
The emoticon must be made by you. The winning emoticon will be called :UserWhoWonGoesHere:.
Contest ends on 9/21/2010
